Global Action Research Integrity in Parental Alienation

We are a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), nonprofit, established by professionals, researchers, students and civil society from all over the world, interested in the research integrity in parental alienation and child abuse in strict adherence to Human Rights System.

MISSION

Promote the transparency and integrity of scientific research on parental alienation, child abuse and Human Rights by observing the highest standards in ethics, deontology and good practices.

VISION

Be an international advisory council on scientific integrity on parental alienation and Human Rights.

OBJECTIVES

Promote responsible scientific research on child abuse and parental alienation, in accordance with Human Rights Systems, which include the Convention on the Rights of the Child and related international conventions.

Ensure scientific integrity in parental alienation by practicing the highest ethical standards.

Promote the use of international guidelines for responsible research to apply them in the field of parental alienation and other forms of child abuse.

Develop specific guidelines on scientific integrity in parental alienation, child abuse and Human Rights.

Report bad scientific practices in parental alienation and request the retraction of the publications to the editors.

Promote the dissemination of research on parental alienation to accomplish all the international standards of research integrity.

PRIORITY ACTIVITIES

✅ Promote relationships between international organizations in research integrity.

✅ Spread the basic guidelines of responsible practices in research.

✅ Make known to society the findings of violations of research integrity in parental alienation and human rights.

✅ Report the misinformation campaigns that promote the dissemination of fraudulent material on parental alienation and human rights.

The Statement

MEET THE STATEMENT OF THE GLOBAL ACTION RESEARCH INTEGRITY IN PARENTAL ALIENATION

A fundamental activity of the NGO is to develop statement and literature that guide research integrity in the field, so it is that it arises with the Statement of the Global Action for Research Integrity in Parental Alienation, a document that stand out the need and urgency of carrying out an analysis of the research integrity of the existing literature.

Chairperson of Hispanic Regional Chapter

PhD in Psychology from the University of Guadalajara UDG, with the research: effects of child abuse on mental health, as well as childhood and adolescence psychopathology. Master’s Degree in Health Sciences and Medical Doctor from the School of Medicine and Biological Sciences “Dr. Ignacio Chávez” from the Michoacan University of San Nicolas de Hidalgo UMSNH. William Bernet

Chairperson of English Regional Chapter

Emeritus Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, University of Vanderbilt. From 1992 to 2012 he was Associate Professor and Professor of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and Director of Vanderbilt Forensic Psychiatry. Specialist in Forensic psychiatry, in particular: child custody disputes; parental alienation; and genomics of violence. More info in the Biography boton.

Financing

Since the Non-Governmental Organization is a non-profit entity, it will receive its financing solely and exclusively from donations made by benefactors, without any kind of interest involved. On the other hand, the research members founders and research members of the organization do not have any kind of financial quota.
